Perfect for reunions, receptions, Proms, flea markets, antique Shows, garage sales, birthday parties, social events, auctions, fund raisers, get-togethers. Rent entire building (seats approx. 750) or rent one-half building (seats approx. 350). Room can be divided by wall. Features include: heated and air conditioned, fully carpeted, reception area, large restrooms, warming room, chairs and tables available, sound system available, stages available, and lighted and black-topped parking area.

Pens are set up and can be used for shows or sales. Separate show arena in building. Building is not heated or air-conditioned. Independent sound system in building. Cement floors. Restroom and shower facilities. One office space available for use with event.

Camping is offered during the summer months for over night, weekly, or monthly visits.  There are some black out periods for camping without reservations due to the 110 camp sites already being reserved for other events.  Water and electric hook-ups are available. Site-dump stations are also available for those camping on the grounds.  It is best to call the office for information regarding camping.  937-372-8621. Camping must be paid in full before hooking up to a campsite.
